Service Disruption – E360 LMS
Courses Affected – Online English for Nurses, Online English for Carers, Online English for Doctors.
We are currently working with one of our third-party LMS providers to investigate reported downtime on the English-360 platform hosting the courses “Online English for Nurses” “Online English for Carers” and "Online English for Doctors".
This is not scheduled maintenance so at present the end of the downtime cannot currently be estimated. We will communicate with all users on the platform by email, please check for an update. As we are aware of the issue you do not need to raise a ticket
Courses on SLC Campus are not affected by this downtime and can be used normally, this includes Reach OET B and Reach IELTS. If you are using Online English for Nurses as part of a preparatory course you will also receive an email from your course organiser.
