We’re delighted to have been given the opportunity to work with a group of students who have signed up for the online Medical English evening course at Humanitas University, a prestigious medical university in Milan, Italy.

Students are a mix of undergrads, doctors, researchers, nurses and physiotherapists. Together they will work with an expert SLC teacher to improve their vocabulary, grammar and communication skills in this vital field.
Course materials will be drawn from a selection of SLC’s online courses – all now optimised or mobile phone use. The teacher will set assignments on the teaching platform for students to do prior to the lessons, so the language can be activated, practised and extended in the online classes.
We’ve been working with the Humanitas language department for a couple of years, providing online materials for their teachers to use with the students at the university. This is the first time we are supporting the delivery of courses with the team at the university.
We now have a number of projects in progress with the university and are delighted to further develop our partnership in this way.
